Speech and Language Masterclasses

At COMMUNICATE, we are passionate about making sure that as Therapists we keep up with the latest evidence based practice and strive to ensure that we apply this to our therapy, both in terms of understanding assessment results and putting together activities. We know that it is important not to think that "one size fits all" when working with children, young people and adults with SLCN which motivates us to consistently look beyond what we have to offer.

Speech and Language Masterclasses give those practitioners with a good foundation of knowledge or experience in working with children with SLCN an opportunity to increase their understanding further in a specific area of speech and language. Masterclasses provide opportunities to discuss new terminology, develop support strategies and understand the links between SLCN and other aspects of development including literacy, behaviour and social and emotional wellbeing.
